∇ Job Description:
    1) Generates sales leads for accounts/territory.
    2) Provides follow-up on sales activity for accounts/territory.
    3) Provides thorough product demonstrations/evaluation product for customers.
    4) Provides quotations for customers.
∇ Essential Functions:
  • Maintain ongoing customer relations for assigned account base
  • Sets Sales Goals
  • Assists in the collect of past due invoices
  • Supply customer system due dates for production meetings
  • Develop and maintain assigned customer base
  • Verify that orders have been shipped
  • Verify that the customer has received their orders
  • Develop and maintain customer profiles
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer profiles
  • Gather information on the competitive nature of customers based on account profile
  • Solicits new customers in assigned customer base
∇ Job Summary:
  • Attends and works trade shows.
  • Follow-up on leads from customer/territory.
  • Visit potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations.
  • Ensure customers receive appropriate literature.
  • Answer customer questions and obtain any further information necessary for the customer.
  • Assist customers with ordering information and configurations.
  • Provide quotations on customer requirements and provide appropriate follow-up.
  • Review any concerns with the Sales Manager or designee.
  • Discuss any unique configurations or customer requirements with appropriate personnel.
  • Provide production requirements for production scheduling meetings.
  • Provide monthly sales forecast for assigned customers/territory.
  • Perform all other functions as required by management
